provide promising cecropin/attacin containing potato lines and
will study their efficacy in fighting bacterial pathogens in greenhouse experiments.
will be involved in analysing the effects of the biotechnological approaches on rhizosphere and endophytic bacteria.
An additional aspect will be the genetic stability of the bacterial pathogens in vitro and in vivo as well as
analyse the expressed genes due to cecropin or the trangenic plant. Further, they will assess the effects on endophytic diversity.
